Registration / Payment / Check-in Process
Registration is open for all scheduled tournaments through our website at www.mystbowling.com/registration.
Registration closes at 6 pm cst 2 days prior to the date of the tournament or when capacity has been met, whichever comes first.
*If your registration is incomplete or requires additional information, we will contact you first through the email address you provided on your registration form, then using the phone number provided. Please note, that MYST staff will not be able to communicate via these methods with participants under the age of 18. If you are under 18, please use your parent/guardian contact information when completing the registration.
Once your registration is received in full and processed, you will receive an emailed invoice with the total due. Invoice may be paid upon receipt or by one of methods outlined below.
Registrations for future tournaments will be invoiced 5 days after the completion of the prior tournament date.
Walk-ins are welcome when capacity allows, walk-in bowlers will incur a $8 late registration fee. (Fee waived for Elite Members)
Please note, your entry is not guaranteed until payment has been rendered
Credit Cards and ACH bank transfers may be used with no additional fee for payments received more than 48 hours prior to a tournament
Credit Cards may be used as a form of payment at check in, however they will incur a 3% convenience fee.
*Invoices will be sent to the email provided on the registration form and must be paid by the due date. Invoices not paid by the due date will be closed and payment must be made during check-in.
-Registered bowlers who have not prepaid and do not show, will be required to prepay for all future tournaments for the remainder of the season by check or credit card.
-Returned payments made by check will incur a $25 fee. Future tournaments must be paid by cash or credit card for the remainder of the season. (If you have registered and not shown for a previous tournament and are not eligible to pay by check, all payments must be made in advance by credit card, no exceptions to this rule)
-Check should be made payable to MYST and may be given at check-in or sent in advance to:

Check-in Process and Times:
Arrive on time! Any practice time or tournament play that is missed cannot be made up. If you arrive after the start of the tournament, you may still compete, but will receive a 0 in each frame you are not present and ready to bowl. *Partial refunds will not be given for any practice or frames that are missed.
Our check-in period starts 1 hour prior to the start of practice/tournament start.
Bowlers who have prepaid may show up any time during the check-in process and proceed directly to their assigned lanes. *If you are bringing any forms that need to be turned in, please proceed to the front of the registration line to drop them off once you arrive.
Registered bowlers who have NOT prepaid should show up within the first 30 minutes of the scheduled check-in window.
Walk-in bowlers may begin the check-in process 15 minutes prior to the practice/tournament start scheduled time. (If there are no individuals checking in, you may begin your check-in process)
Bowlers, please be sure to have all your forms completed in full and USBC memberships† purchased before entering the check-in line. Forms are available online for print and will also be available on a table near the check-in location. If you do not have all your forms completed when you check-in, you will be asked to exit the line, complete your forms, and return to the end of the line. (Save yourself time and hassle, have everything ready when you check-in!)
