Refund policy 2021-2022:
-If a bowler has paid for a tournament and does not show, they will receive a credit for 50% of the entry
for a future scheduled tournament within the current season. (Aug 1-July 31)
While we recognize emergencies may arise, those will be handled on a case by case basis. If you are unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible.
-If a tournament is canceled due to unforeseen events, all prepaid bowlers will receive a credit toward a future
tournament during the current season. In the event there are no future tournaments remaining for the season, all entries will be refunded in the form of a SMART scholarship, less any payment processing
fees incurred, within 30 days.
-MYST memberships are non-refundable, however, in the event we are unable to host 3 or more scheduled tournaments after the purchase of your membership and due to circumstances out of our
control, a bowler will receive a prorated SMART scholarship as outlined below:
Standard Membership – $15
U18/U20 – $100
U12/U15 – $50
Refunds are not applicable to memberships purchased after April 1, 2022.
-Bowlers who are disqualified from an event will not receive a refund or credit for any portion of that event.
-Bowlers who are banned from future MYST tournaments in the season will not
receive a prorated MYST membership SMART award. And outstanding credits and payments will be processed as a refund and mailed within 60 days.
-When a bowler has entered and paid for a junior gold option during a standard
event and a Junior Gold Ratio cannot be met during a standard event, bowlers
may choose one of the following options:
– $40 credit towards their next tournament
– $40 check issued refund (less any processing fees), processed and mailed to you within 30 days
– $40 SMART scholarship
-Any credits a bowler may have at the end of the season will be given in the form of a SMART scholarship unless otherwise stated.
